Here’s how we plan the recruitment process:
- Application Review (we respond to every application!)
- Meeting with Julia, our HRBP (a 45-minute Zoom call – questions will be sent beforehand)
- Homework assignment 🫢
- Meeting with the team and CEO (Tomek)
- Team meeting – a “group interview”

Our sales team currently consists of four people, and we have a few others involved in marketing activities. For years, we’ve gained new projects through client recommendations, but in recent years, we’ve been growing the sales team to establish partnerships with entirely new clients.
We’ve realized we need someone to take a helicopter view of the process. We have a talented and cohesive team, and we want to maximize this potential. We need someone to create a shared vision, coordinate efforts, and contribute to the company’s strategy.
This is a new position for us, meaning you’ll have much independence and room for proactivity. At the same time, you’ll need to thrive in an environment without rigid guidelines. We hope to exchange knowledge and learn as much as you’ll learn from us.
In short, we’re looking for a guru of Sales & Marketing!
Your main duties will be:
- Reviewing, planning, and implementing a sales strategy.
- Analyzing sales and marketing data.
- Researching market trends and competitor activities.
- Team coaching and mentoring.

Essential requirements:
As a Sales & Marketing guru, you should:
- Have at least 3 years of experience managing sales teams.
- Possess 8 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Have 3 years of experience in IT– specifically IT service sales.
- Be skilled in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
- Be fluent in Polish and English (C1 level).
- Be familiar with the IT market and AI-related areas.
- Excel in data analysis.
- Have expertise in digital marketing techniques such as SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Have extensive expertise in content marketing, including email campaigns, LinkedIn advertising, and Sales Navigator strategies.
- Be proficient in automating sales and marketing processes.
As a team leader, you know how to:
- Motivate and inspire others to achieve goals.
- Lead mentoring and development meetings.
- Foster and develop team talents.
We would love if you had:
- Hold a university degree, preferably in management, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Are fluent in a second foreign language (B2/C1 level), such as German, French, or Dutch.
