We’re a small (but mighty), cozy software house in the heart of Warsaw, and we’re looking for someone to help keep the office vibes smooth, the schedules sane, and the documents where they belong (read: not in a mysterious folder called “Stuff 😅”).
Your main duties will be:
In short, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our small but cozy software agency. Your tasks will include:
- Making sure that everything runs like clockwork – the functioning and appearance of the office;
- Employee matters – managing work schedules, remuneration settlements, conferences, and educational budgets;
- Keeping and archiving essential documents;
- Supporting the various teams and helping them meet their needs;
- Organising get-togethers and related tasks;
- Helping us nurture our legendary slogan: “Normal Work Environment” (yes, it’s a thing and yes, it’s on the wall)
Essential requirements:
Essential requirement: a sense of humor and attention to detail, but we also expect basic knowledge of Excel
On top of that, we also value:
- Critical thinking and diligence
- Self-reliance and taking initiative
- Good work organizational skills
- Analytical skills
We would love if you had:
- Proactivity and creativity
- Negotiation skills
- Basic know-how with office tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or Zoom is appreciated (no need to be a wizard 🧙).
- Experience in admin or team support roles (like HR, office, or ops) is a sweet bonus!
