You can find us right in the center of Warsaw, just a minute's walk from Metro Świętokrzyska, which makes it conveniently located for the morning commute. Or, if you prefer, you can work remotely from anywhere you want. 😀
We are about connecting the dots – not standalone milestones. That’s why we want you to help us grow by joining our awesome mobile team of iOS developers.
Are you looking to work with an experienced team and share your ideas and knowledge with us? Then maybe this job is for you!
Essential requirements:
- About 3 years of hands-on experience building iOS apps with Swift.
- Solid understanding of SwiftUI, MVVM (preferably MVVM+C), and Combine.
- Understanding of concurrent and multithreaded programming, including structured concurrency (async/await).
- Knowledge of app lifecycle, error handling, memory management, networking, and debugging.
- You know how to test your code, from unit to UI tests, and you actually do it.
- You’re comfortable with Xcode, CI/CD tools, and clean code principles like SOLID, DRY, KISS, and YAGNI.
- You have experience in Git and working in Gitflow in day-to-day teamwork.
- You speak Polish fluently – most of our daily work happens in Polish.
- You can also communicate well in English, for client calls or occasional tech discussions.
- You enjoy working with others, giving and getting feedback, and making the team better.
We would love if you had:
- Experience working in Scrum and Agile.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to support your development workflow (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.).
- Familiarity with Apollo and GraphQL.
Your main duties will be:
- Writing high-quality code and collaborating with an experienced project team.
- Developing new features in line with business requirements.
- Actively collaborating with the client to refine requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Analyzing problems, writing automated tests, and creating technical documentation.
What you can gain as a Mid iOS Developer in codequest:
- Senior and experienced Mid developers in the team to help you grow.
- AppleQuest sessions – team-wide iOS meetings where we explore new ideas, technical topics, and learn together.
- Weekly tech talks for the whole company – it's our way of growing not just in our areas, but in all directions.
- On Fridays, we dedicate time to learning and developing our skills
- We always try to choose the right tool for the job, but our main stack is MVVM+C in SwiftUI with the use of Combine/async await, URLSession, Factory for DI, XCTests for testing – you can master this currently popular stack.
- Bitrise is our usual choice for CI/CD – reliable, fast, and easy to work with.
- Clean code is baked into our daily routine, so we use SwiftLint and SwiftFormat and make code reviews daily.
