Office Operations Manager (full time/part time)

PLN 3,600 - 4,500 + VAT (B2B)

codequest, a dynamically evolving software studio from Warsaw is looking for a new teammate, whose role will be essential for the operation of our business. If you’re a confident problem solver with an attention to detail and like things tidy and organized, we might be looking for you, yes YOU!

Your main duties will be:

  • Making sure that the office works like a clock, which includes ordering supplies, cleaning materials and tending to ad-hoc problems as they arrive
  • Preparing reports and invoices for our clients
  • Keeping track of employee work reports and salaries, taking care of the educational budget and preparing employee contracts
  • Close collaboration with our accountants to maintain our financial matters properly
  • Support of the team members in their day-to-day job
  • Arranging company retreats

Our dream candidate is:

  • Attach importance to details
  • Independent and has proactive personality
  • Very well organized
  • Fluent in Polish and English along with excellent, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

It would be nice if you had:

  • Experience working in G Suite and Trello
  • An interest and experience working in finances (particularly with making analyses and forecasts)
  • Good command of sheets (as in Excel or Google Sheets)
