Your main duties will be:

  • Finding and qualifying passive candidates using social media and specialized platforms
  • Creating interesting and personalized messages
  • Creating & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns
  • Analysis of candidate portfolios and profiles
  • Developing a network of potential candidates
  • Searching for candidates from the base
  • Cooperation with HR Managers and recruiters
  • Taking part in building a positive employer image
  • Reporting your work
  • Understanding the ongoing hiring needs

Essential requirements:

  • No experience is required, we want to teach you and see you flourish
  • Native or fluent Polish
  • Good command of English
  • Skilled in writing in Polish and English
  • Knowledge of MS Office/ Google Sheets
  • An eye for detail
  • A good sense of organization and self-discipline

We would love if you had:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Trello and Slack
  • Knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Github
